What is the best way to care for and store my No-Spill Cans?
Start by reading our safety page and all the warning labels on the can and nozzle. Then make sure you regularly perform two important steps:
1. Frequently press the Green Button to release trapped fumes when the can is stored and prior to pouring from the nozzle.
2. Store the can with a full level of fuel. Fumes expand and contract drastically with temperature changes so the fewer fumes in the can the better. The goal is safety and good maintenance of your purchase.

Warranty No-Spill Warranty Policy and Procedure...
> No-Spill is dedicated to customer satisfaction and we back that up with a comprehensive3 year warranty. In 2008 No-Spill made significant improvements to an already useful product. As a result the previous warranty offer was changed to 3 years. Please note that No-Spill will require the date stamp from your can and nozzle for any warranty request.
Please read the warranty details below. Then if you feel you have a product that needs to be replaced under our warranty, please use our warranty form.
NoSpill, Inc. Product Warranty
1. NoSpill, Inc. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. No-Spill, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials or fails under normal operating conditions. If No-Spill, Inc. is unable to repair or replace the product or component, it will replace with a similar product of equal or greater value.
2. This warranty does not cover damage to this product that results from improper use, accident, abuse, natural disaster or unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification of the product.
3. This warranty covers repair or replacement of defective No-Spill® products and components. NoSpill, Inc. is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any claims or loss beyond the repair or replacement for a defective No-Spill® product.
4. Duration of this warranty for No-Spill® products is for 3 Years.
NoSpill, Inc. Emissions Warranty
1. No-Spill® portable fuel containers comply with U.S. EPA Emission Regulations for Portable Fuel Containers (40 CFR Part 59).
2. The emissions warranty is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. (this warranty is embossed on the side of the container).

Product Date Stamp Nozzle Assembly Date Stamp
This example shows the date of March 1, 2011
The Nozzle Assembly Date Stamp is located on the inside of the nozzle. You will find two circles molded on the inside of the yellow portion. It helps to angle your nozzle in good light to see the stamps easily.
The arrow of one circle indicates the day of the month. The arrow of the other circle points to the month and there are two digits in the center that indicate the year of manufacturing.
If you cannot locate a date stamp then you own a nozzle older than 3 years and warranty will no longer apply.
Our new nozzles have a lot of new features that are added value and they are designed to fit all No Spill cans of any age. We encourage you to purchase a new nozzle for your existing can if warranty no longer applies. Click Here to order new parts.
Can Date Stamp
The Can Date Stamp is located on the bottom of the can and reads like the nozzle date stamp. Older models have a rectangle with a month and year indicated.
* Please note that the 3 year warranty is based on the date stamps.
